Guy Fawkes and fireworks?  No, there was no reference to either today.  What we did have was a plentiful supply of clocks requiring attention and quite a few domestic electricals - food mixer, hot drink dispenser, clothes steamer, bedside lamp... In addition we dealt with clothing repairs, broken ornaments, jewellery items and a clothes airing rack.

As always, our café volunteers did a sterling job serving 46 cups of tea, 17 cups of coffee and a lot of biscuits.  Drinks and biscuits are free of charge for our visitors.
